Camros Organic Foods

Mojdeh uses only certified organic ingredients in her cooking (mainly bought from the farmers at our market), and she also uses Celtic sea salt and filtered water (reverse osmosis). The only oil she uses to cook heated food is coconut oil; olive oil and sunflower oil are used as well, but never heated. The spicing is Persian.

Camros Organic Foods is now officially open at 25 Hayden St. #6 (right near the TTC entrance below Yonge and Bloor). Mojdeh's delicious salads and rice dishes will still be available at the market, but you'll find Beata (Whole World Trading) serving them at her table.
